Kings Lynn Sightings

Kieran Smith reports his sightings from Kings Lynn, The town appeared to be dominated by the independent operator Norfolk Green.

Solo MX53FDD was sighted, Its sisters can also be seen working for Norfolk & Suffolk operators, MX53FDO /M /P  with Anglianbus & MX53FDN with Galloways.





A majority of the buses seen were Optare Solos including YN05NCY, YJ05XMT, AP02XOO & one of Norfolk Greens oldest Solos Y58HBT.










Ex Norse services Irisbuses OY53RDZ & OY53RFF were sighted. There are only 24 Irisbus Agora Lines in the UK!


Optare Versa YJ10EYC was among the buses running the Norfolk Green Service Fairstead One

Norfolk Green coasthoppers YJ10EYA&  MX54WMJ were seen.



Ex Konectbus Optare Excel V204ENU was seen with Peelings on Service 1. They had painted Konects yellow skirt in a Cream colour. It id also believed to Peelings only low floor bus ( Please correct me if wrong)

Coach Services Plaxton Premiere W262UBC was seen at Kings Lynn Bus Station.











Norfolk Greens Newly acquired Enviro400 SN12EHM was on the 505 Service operating between Kings Lynn & Spalding.










Norfolk Green Optare Spectra YG02FWD in Lifestyles festival livery.According to Kieran this is due to be the next bus painted in the new Norfolk Green livery.



Finally, two First X1's were sighted at Kings Lynn Bus Station AU58EDJ loading for Peterborough
and AU58ECT behind loading for Norwich & Lowestoft.
