HRH The Princess Royal visited East Norfolk Sixth Form College today, to officially open three new buildings on the campus. She was escorted to and from the the location by Police and this caused a few delays throughout the morning. Here is a number 8 to James Paget Hospital being held up at about 10:10 this morning due to the temporary closure on Church Lane.
