Weekend Wonders

Zak and I spent an afternoon in Norwich today, where we spoke to Steve Royal from konectbus. He informed us that anglianbus 218 W218PRB is now back at konect, and that is now a fixed member of the fleet.

We also noticed that 453 YT11LVE is now branded for the anglianexpress 7, and were informed that a total of five other OmniLinks were to receive the same treatment in the near future.

We were informed that recent transfer 415 YJ06FZK is due to be sent to Full Circle for a repaint next week, with 414 YJ55BLX due to follow the week after, as she is currently being used on the 1 and 11 services.

Meanwhile over at First, it is coming to the end of the final day of B7 operation on the X1. Tomorrow, 37156-60 (excluding 37157) are being loaned to FirstNorwich. Two will help out on the Blue Line, whilst the other two sit at Roundtree Way awaiting collection by FirstPotteries. 37157 AU07DXT is being kept at
Kings Lynn for now as it needs to undergo maintenance.

It is now confirmed that nine Enviro400's will enter service on Monday, with more being phased into service throughout the next two or three weeks.

37159 AU07DXW is seen here on her first and last day operating the X1 in her new livery.

  1. Photos are looking much better on the Home page now. Before they seemed out of proportion.

  2. Yes, unfortunately the images on the homepage are stretched to fit, we cannot do anything about this except cropping our photos to the same size as the template, which is what we've done.

  3. Loving the new look, however, you need to change the code lads - when you view an image large, the nav bar is still on top of it! :)

  4. Thanks, will try to get that sorted! :)
