Today, I was kindly informed by Mark at First that the first ex-X1 Gemini was arriving at it's new home in Lowestoft this afternoon. Thanks to this information, I was able to venture to Gasworks Road to watch it arrive at around half past three, resplendent in the new livery with some X2 branding applied. She is expected to undergo servicing tomorrow and have a new ticket machine fitted but is expected to be in service by the end of the week; possibly even as early as Wednesday.
