First Eastern Counties have announced their latest fare changes for the new year effective from 6th January 2013.
The current £10 Weekly and £10 Ten Trip ticket promotions have been extended until 31st March 2013.
Ipswich Zone 1 Weekly and 10 Trip tickets will continue to cost £10 for Adults and £7 for Children until 31st March 2013.
Ipswich Zone 2 Weekly and 10 Trip tickets have also been reduced until 31st March 2013, costing only £20 for Adults and £14 for Children.
LOWESTOFT & GREAT YARMOUTH
The majority of ticket options in the Lowestoft Town Zone remain unchanged.
The X2/X22 Return fare (between Beccles and Lowestoft) has been reduced to £3 from £5 until 31st March 2013, and there will be a new NEW X2 '10 Trip' ticket introduced, costing only £16 for Adults and £12 for Young People until 31st March 2013.
This new X2 '10 Trip' ticket is valid for use along the entire length of the X2 Norwich to Lowestoft route.
They are also introducing a Great Yarmouth Day ticket from 6th January 2013, costing £4 for Adults and £2.80 for Young People. This new ticket option will replace the current 2 Trip ticket.
KINGS LYNN (X1)
The current X1 Return fare (Norwich to Dereham) will now be £3 (was originally £6) until 31st March 2013, and any increased fare revisions have been kept to a minimum.
In addition to these revisions, the current £4 Norwich Day Ticket promotion has extended until 31st March 2013, and a Network '10 Trip' ticket will be introduced for travel in Norfolk and Suffolk for £25 Adult fare and £18 Young Person Fare.
This new Network '10 Trip' ticket will run alongside the existing Network Weekly Ticket, which has been reduced from £28 to £25 (Adult) and from £19 to £18 (Young Person) until 31st March 2013.
