As expected, the first ex-Connex Dennis Dart SLF Caetano SCC Slimbus entered general service this afternoon on the 6 to Bradwell at around half 3. I was fortunate enough to ride it from the Market Gates back to Gorleston on its first round trip.
We always thought that the 29 seaters may struggle at peak times, and today was no exception! Every seat was taken. However the buses will be more appropriate for general use during the day and we are looking forward to the other 7 arriving and entering service.
