JJD 480D on the summer service 3 to Hemsby Beach

Sorry for the lack of posts recently, but it all seems to be rather quiet on the bus front recently. I do have a couple of interesting bits of information though. On Friday, three more Dennis Dart SLF Caetano Slimbuses arrived at Caister Road, all set to enter service in the region being allocated to either Great Yarmouth or Lowestoft. These were EG52 FGF, EG52 FGV and EG52 FHC.

I have also been informed that 39480 Routemaster, JJD 480D is in fact based in Great Yarmouth, along with 39623. This will be amended in the July fleet list revisions. Sanders' Plaxton Paramount 3500 (SJI 1621) will aslo be added to the list. It was removed due to the fact that it had not been seen in a while and is a rather old coach, however I noted her in service this morning on the 837 service in Gorleston.

First Norwich say that they still don't know when the Lowestoft MPD will be on trial in the city, however it will be in service on the Purple Line routes that are ran by the Solos, which are due for Essex when Norwich find a permanent replacement.
