After hearing rumours from Dolphin Travel drivers, I biked down to Peoplemovers  this afternoon on a very special visit. When I arrived, I was advised by staff to take my time, as Peoplemovers will be closing their doors for the last time on Thursday 20th June.

Present at the depot was the full fleet, now minus VX04ZHL which has been sold to a company in Cornwall. In the workshop there was an ex-DPD Delivery van halfway through the process of conversion into a mini-bus similar to R30PLE. As it is obvious the van will not be complete by Thursday, Peoplemovers are not sure what to do - will keep you updated on any other news on her.

I asked if the buses would be sent to Dolphin but Peoplemovers insisted that the future of these vehicles is yet undecided. An educated guess would be that E3 DEX will go to Dolphin, but the rest will all go to various other independent companies.

Could E3 DEX join other ex-Peoplemovers vehicles such as FRZ 1508 at Dolphin?
