The picture depicts Ipswich's 66977 KX05MHA which is a Volvo B7RLE Wright Eclipse-Urban and it has later transpired that it is a permanent transfer from the Suffolk Town. As another blog has already posted the information, I'll send you over to Kieran's NBB for more details, including those of Norwich's repaint scheme kicking back into action with a bang.
