As reported elsewhere, Konectbus, First and Coach Services have all registered extra services to help cope with the shear amount of extra people that will descend on our city next Saturday as some of the biggest names in world music make their way to Earlham Park for Radio One's annual Big Weekend.
Coach Services are offering return travel to and from Thetford, whilst Konect are operating some coloured Park & Ride routes from County Hall and Costessey. First are concentrating on routes to and from the city centre. Follow the links for more info.
I unfortunately could not get hold of a ticket so I'll be one of the many enthusiasts attempting to photograph as many of the workings that day ready for a special report the following week alongside a Wembley special as Norwich have made it to the Play-off Final on Monday 25th. Over 100 coaches are already full, with many more expected to be brought in from across the country to help take up to 40,000 supporters to the capital. A coach enthusiasts dream come true!
