Today saw the return of the first Turquoise Line Volvo B9TL Wright Eclipse-Gemini 2 from Simon Morris in Ipswich. 36173 BD11CFX arrived back in Norwich around 1300 for a quick stop on Castle Meadow for lunch, before heading back to Vulcan Road depot for preperation for service. Luckily I had planned to be there for the arrival of the bus so having applied fleet numbers and various other vinyls I was able to photograph it in the intermittent sunshine.
She was replaced with 36171 BD11CFU which will also receive the above paintjob for service 13. It is believed that 36171 is currently the last Gemini 2 in the country to wear the old livery, so I saw it only fitting to photograph it as it left in the morning drizzle.
